1) Install and sign in
- Download FlowIn from the App Store
- Sign in with Apple or email
2) Choose what to block
- Pick top distracting apps and websites
- Use presets for Social, Video, Games
3) Create your first schedule
- Add Deep Work 9–12, Mon–Fri
- Add Sleep Mode after 10 PM
4) Start a focus session
- Tap Focus → 50 minutes
- Breaks auto-suggested after each session

- Start simple: 2–3 apps + one schedule
- Use the Queue to capture urges instead of switching
