Welcome! This guide helps you get productive with FlowIn in minutes.

1) Install and sign in

  • Download FlowIn from the App Store
  • Sign in with Apple or email

2) Choose what to block

  • Pick top distracting apps and websites
  • Use presets for Social, Video, Games

3) Create your first schedule

  • Add Deep Work 9–12, Mon–Fri
  • Add Sleep Mode after 10 PM

4) Start a focus session

  • Tap Focus → 50 minutes
  • Breaks auto-suggested after each session

Tips

  • Start simple: 2–3 apps + one schedule
  • Use the Queue to capture urges instead of switching
