FlowIn offers two complementary controls: app limits and schedules.
App limits
- Cap total daily usage (e.g., 30 min of TikTok)
- Resets at midnight
- Great for casual apps you still want occasionally
Schedules
- Block windows (e.g., 9–12 weekdays, 10 PM–7 AM daily)
- Always-on during the window
- Best for deep work or sleep hygiene
Use both
- Limit for Social to 30–45 min/day
- Schedule deep work 9–12 and 2–4
- Sleep Mode after 10 PM
